Through the many years of mentoring women, I longed for a tool that would help women understand themselves better. Something that would give them a little insight into why they do the things they do. The MBTI® was the perfect tool. Seeing the success of this tool used across corporate, I wondered what would happen if we applied this tool to women and mothers. When women understand how they give and receive energy (what fills them and drains them), how they interact with the outside world, how they take in information, how they make decisions and come to conclusions; it gives them a clearer perception of themselves which helps adjust their perspective.
